Error 602: Port already open (W9x,ME)

Please try one or all of the following:
A	Check your modem and phone cord
	Make Sure that the Phone Cord is coming from the wall to your PC and make sure that it's going in the " LINE " connector not "PHONE" connector.

B	Completely restarted the computer
	To restart your computer click on 'Start' then 'Shut Down' and then 'Restart'.

C	Could it be possible that another program has accessed your modem and has not released it.
