1. If you are using a Manual connection, another words you have a "Connect" or a "Dial" button to get online, your username is in the following format : "username@550access.com"  If you using our 550access software (browser, dialer) or another words, you have "Sign On" button, your username is just your username and NOT username@550access.com.

2. Your password may be incorrect, make sure you have the correct password entered. Passwords are CaSe SenSiTiVe so make sure you capitalize what needs to be capitalized. Remove your password and retype it.
