Simply cancel with them using these contact methods:
* If you choose to write or fax them, then write
a letter saying that you would like to cancel your
Internet account, and you no longer need to use their
service. Don't forget to include your Account Number,
Username, Password, Billing Address, Phone number,
Last four digits of your credit card and other information
that will help them serve you faster. Please sign
the letter, and then mail it.
